Good Peoples proudly presents NEXTAH with Cubic Zirconia live! 10 PM, $5 at the door After going strong in Brooklyn last year and winning "Best Dance Party At A Dive" by The Village Voice, Good People's Nextah party moves into Manhattan's Drom. The first show of the year features a live performance by band Cubic Zirconia (Fools Gold Records), who will be shooting a music video on site at the party! Joining the performance is very special guest Andrea Balency all the way from Mexico. Balency -- a French/Mexican Red Bull Music Academy 2011 alum -- has been making waves internationally with her multi-layered instrumental/pop tunes. She will be dropping her first record in early 2012. And, of course, you can always count on killer sets by Nextah's residents DJs -- Nick Hook (Fools Gold), Michna (Ghostly), and Project Matt. Don't forget to help our host, Katie Longmyer - the Queen Bee of Good Peoples, celebrate her birthday.
