Juana Luna is an awarded singer songwriter from Buenos Aires, Argentina, based in Brooklyn, New York.

She is a music creator, performer, improvisor and storyteller. Her band paints worldly soundscapes, from the Argentinean folk, to Bossa Nova, to the Uruguayan candombe to the South American canción. The band members are from five different countries, and they all add their own cultural uniqueness to the sound of the ensemble.

Juana released her first EP last year, for which she is currently nominated for best EP in the World Music category at the IMA Awards NYC. She was also awarded by the Global Music Awards for best female vocalist and emerging artist.

At Drom, Juana will play the music of the EP, as well some of her new compositions that will be part of her next album, and will share the evening with one of her favorite bands: Levana.

was born as a tribute to all warrior  women from the universe.

This project honors the music and tradition from the different places that gave birth to these women.

With South American and Flamenco melodies blended with rhythms from our Mother Earth, this music awakes the spirit of Nature and Love.

Levana is a Hebrew word that means White Moon.

The moon is our source of inspiration to create the music that connects us to feelings and life. Music to heal, music to overcome and transform pain and suffering. Music which honors the meaning of being alive.
