Alison James

Alison James is an indie pop singer-songwriter based in New York City. Classically trained on piano and educated at Yale, she fell in love with pop music and writes with influences of folk, jazz, and soul. Her first released song "At The Source" was featured as the end credit theme on the 2018 feature film "An Interview With God." Her sophomore EP, Beautiful Disruption, was released in May, with press outlets saying she has her "own style of melody that plumbs into depths of emotion", "refreshingly original pop songs" with "poetry and intimacy alike."

The Bear Palace quartet includes a mustachioed plumber, a hirsute therapist, a carpet cleaner, and a hippie farmer. These four Jersey boys play a mix of folk, bluegrass, blues and rock, with a hint of reggae.
